We’ve been buying your chicken, beef and lamb for some time now. Finally tried your filet mignon steaks and they are amazing. It seems difficult to buy steak that is consistently excellent in both taste and tenderness. Your steaks in this cut are delicious and always tender to bite into. No heavy difficult chewing on fat
