Our deli meats are shipped fresh and packed with dry ice to maintain proper temperature during transit. Because of this, your product may arrive partially frozen, fully frozen, or simply refrigerated — all of which are normal and safe as long as the product is cold to the touch.
If your deli meat arrives frozen, do not refreeze it in its already-frozen state. Place it in the refrigerator and allow it to thaw gradually while keeping it at a safe temperature (40°F / 4°C or below).
If you plan to enjoy it immediately, store it in the refrigerator. If you prefer to save it for later, you may freeze the product and then thaw it safely in the refrigerator when ready to use.
Each package includes a clearly printed Best By / Use By date.
