Log In to your existing account by clicking here!

 

CHECK YOUR CRESCENT COIN BALANCE:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account.
  2. Click here or on the blue star in the bottom right corner of your desktop or mobile browser screen. This will open your Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard and click on "Your Activity" - this will show you your point balance and how you earned your Crescent Coins. 

CHECK YOUR AVAILABLE REWARDS:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account.
  2. Click here or on the blue star in the bottom right corner of your desktop or mobile browser screen. This will open your Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard.
  3. Your available reward will be at the top of your Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard. 
  4. Alternatively, click on "Ways to Redeem" to see all of your available rewards. 

REDEEM YOUR AVAILABLE REWARDS:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account.
  2. Click here or on the blue star in the bottom right corner of your desktop or mobile browser screen. This will open your Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard.
  3. Click on "Ways to Redeem" to see all of your available rewards. 
  4. Click "View" on the reward you would like to redeem.
  5. Click "Redeem" 
  6. You will receive an email with your Crescent Foods Reward code. If you do not receive an email within an hour, please contact us at shop@crescentfoods.com 

VIEW WAYS TO EARN CRESCENT COINS:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account.
  2. Click here or on the blue star in the bottom right corner of your desktop or mobile browser screen. This will open your Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard.
  3. Click on "Ways to Earn" in the Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard.
  4. You will see all of the available ways you can earn Crescent Coins

SHARE YOUR REFERRAL CODE: 

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account.
  2. Click here or on the blue star in the bottom right corner of your desktop or mobile browser screen. This will open your Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard.
  3. Scroll down on you Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard to the "Refer your friends" section.
  4. Copy the link beneath the text "Your Referral Code"
  5. Share that URL with your friends and family to encourage them to sign up for the reward program, earning discounts for you and them!

CHECK YOUR REFERRALS:

  1. Make sure you are logged into your account.
  2. Click here or on the blue star in the bottom right corner of your desktop or mobile browser screen. This will open your Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard.
  3. Scroll down on you Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard to the "Refer your friends" section.
  4. Underneath the "Refer your friends" section, you will see "0 referrals completed". NOTE: The number will change based on referrals completed. 0 if there are none, 1 if there has been one, and so on. 
  5. You can also view your referrals underneath the "Your Activity" section at the bottom of the Crescent Foods Rewards dashboard.
