I like that even though it's bulk of 20 pounds, they come in individual 5 pound bags, which makes it much easier to defrost and work with. Just wish they came with skin off.

The leg quaters are very small it means these are from very small chickens which were not grown up fully. Because of immature chickens the texture and taste of meat is not good enough.
