I loved the packaging it came in. It’s was soft and juicy. Great
The package got lost and was delivered 2 days late and broken. The dry ice had melted and there was flies all Inside the box and all of the food products had rotted. I spent $200 and I’m an ongoing customer, I tried to reach out to Crescent foods and they told me that once the package leaves their warehouse they’re not responsible￼!! Horrible customer service they’ve lost a previous loyal customer￼. ￼I called FedEx and FedEx said that Crescent foods was the one who had to place the claim and reimburse me so apparently nobody wants to take responsibility!
I’m going to make sure I let everybody on my social media account know what a horrible service I’ve received from this company￼. ￼
