As with everything else I purchased, meat tasted fresh and was full of flavor. The fat content wasn't bad, made some delicious meatballs. Would definitely repurchase.
It was seriously, melt in your mouth tender. We did very basic recipe - salt, pepper, sear, garlic butter cooking. The meat was the best we’ve ever had!
This is our second time ordering this bundle, and we absolutely love it. Our zabiha meat market near us closed, so it took a while longer to get to the next closest one. This saves us so much time, is comparable in price, and the quality of the meat is higher. I don't see us ever switching back.
