Shipment arrived thawed and chicken was spoiled. The dry ice in the box was gone. Chicken juices were outside the box which means at least one bag of chicken was compromised. Customer service has confirmed the shipment took longer than they expected (delay from shipping company) but did not make any effort to resolve or replace my order. I will never order again!

There are practically no halal options where I live so i ordered this and it saved my life. The chicken breasts are clean and taste good. Will be ordering again

Good price and product. Package into smaller bags
I like the product and the price. I would be nice if it was divided into smaller packets so a smaller quantity can be defrosted if needed

Good taste. Only issue is the 5 lbs packaging. Needs to be in small packing for easy to store and use
