It was frozen and when thawed all was moist and not easily cut

The whole chicken breast is always out of stock. I’ve been trying to order for several months.
I have been trying for several months to order the chicken beast but it always says out of stock. Not the Slices but the whole breast. Why is it advertised if you don’t have it? I would like to know if it is something you ever plan on selling again and if so when?
