Directions
For the Steak:
Marinate the steak meat in garlic, onion black pepper powder and salt for about an hour or even overnight.
Heat a grill pan on medium-high heat.
Add 2 tablespoons oil.
Place the steak on the grill and cook each side completely (about 3-5minutes each side).
Place vegetables on the grill and cook for a minute turning over in between.
For the sauce:
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degree F.
Place the red sweet peppers, garlic and olive oil in a baking dish. Bake for 20minutes until the peppers roasted and charred. Remove the dish from the oven. Cover the dish and let the peppers sweat, this will make it easy to remove the skin.
In a blender, add the roasted garlic, peppers and other ingredients for the sauce. Blend on high speed, until all the ingredients are combined well.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Assembly:
Place grilled vegetables and layer with steak, drizzle over the red pepper sauce and its ready!
