Ingredients
1 lb Crescent Foods Ground Beef
2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp Kabab cheeni
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp papaya pasate
2 tsp cashew paste
1 tsp Kewra water
1 tsp rose water
1 tsp desi ghee
1 egg
Caramelized onions (ground)
1 charcoal piece for smoking
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Kashmiri chili powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, Kabab cheeni, garlic paste, papaya paste, cashew paste, Kewra water, rose water, desi ghee, and ground caramelized onions. Mix everything together and let it sit for a few hours.
Burn the charcoal piece in a steel bowl until it turns red. Place the bowl with the kebab mixture over the charcoal, drizzle some oil on the charcoal, and cover the bowl immediately. Leave it for 10-15 minutes to infuse the smoky flavor into the mixture.
Add one beaten egg to the mixture and mix well. Make small patties with the mixture.
Heat a pan and fry the patties on medium to high heat until both sides are golden brown. Then turn down the heat and cook on low heat until fully cooked. Finally, turn up the heat again and fry for a few minutes to achieve the desired crispiness.
