A.P. Hello,
I ordered a 20 lb case of whole chickens for $75 and you sent me 1 whole chicken that weighs about 3.5 lbs. I sent you three emails over the past week and a message on instagram and no one responded.
I really don't like leaving a negative review because i like your products, but I tried reaching you in other ways and I'm not getting a response.
Would someone please respond to my emails and resolve this issue?
I'm giving the one star for customer service. The products you sell are excellent.
