Spicy Korean Chicken Drumsticks Recipe
This Spicy Korean Chicken Drumsticks recipe combines the classic Korean flavors for a Chicken Drumstick that is sure to please!
12 Crescent Foods Chicken Drumsticks
4 tablespoons gochujang
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons mirin
3 tablespoons light brown sugar
3 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon gochugaru
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 bunch scallions, chopped
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
In a large bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, gochugaru, and garlic.
Reserve 1/3 cup of the marinade in a separate bowl. Add drumsticks to a large bowl and toss to fully coat.
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, add drumsticks in a single, even layer.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, then every 5 minutes brush chicken with the reserved marinade until chicken is just cooked through, about 40 minutes in total.
Top chicken with scallions and sprinkle with sesame seeds, plate and serve
