- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- Kosher salt
Method
- Top each tortilla with a thin, even layer of refried beans. Add french fries and carne asada. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, then top with spoonfuls of pico de gallo and guacamole. Wrap into a burrito and devour.
For the Carne Asada
- Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag or shallow dish. Add steak and toss to coat. Allow to marinate at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
