Burger and Fries
4 hamburger buns, toasted
4 slices American cheese
Frozen sweet potato fries, cooked according to package directions
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hoisin
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons miso
Diced white onion
Dill pickle slices
1 package frozen French fries, baked according to package directions
1 package Jackfruit Carnitas, heated according to package directions
Asian Buffalo Sauce, recipe below
4 Fried Eggs
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons sriracha
2 teaspoons sesame oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ginger powder

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer and cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
Season beef patties generously with Kosher salt. Cook hamburgers on grill or in a skillet over medium hight heat as desired. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of American cheese.
Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and hoisin in a small bowl. In another bowl, combine butter and miso.
Slather the bottom of each bun with miso butter. Top with the cheeseburger, sweet potato fries, diced onion, pickled jalapenos, and dill pickle slices. Slather the top of each bun with hoisin aioli.
Divide cooked French fries between four small plates. Top with jackfruit carnitas and drizzle generously with Asian Buffalo sauce. Top each plate with a fried egg.
